All media members MUST have a credential to enter the stadium and to be on the sidelines and/or in the press box - NO EXCEPTIONS. Credential requests MUST be submitted to the Aledo ISD Communications Department via the Aledo ISD Football Credential Request form NO LATER THAN 12 p.m. (noon) the day before the game. You will be notified via email the evening before the game if your credential is approved.
Credentials will be available to be picked up at the ticket window at the main entrance on the east side of Buchanan Stadium. Media members will enter through the main gates and MUST HAVE OFFICIAL ALEDO ISD GAME CREDENTIALS TO ENTER. Bags are subject to search upon entry.

Important Media Information:
1. Any person on the sideline with a camera of any type must have requested a credential from Aledo ISD and be in possession of an official Aledo ISD Game
Credential.
2. Aledo ISD reserves the right to remove the holder of any badge from the premises at any time.
3. All media must stay out of restricted areas (i.e. players box, locker rooms).
4. All approved media must pay attention to the athletes on the field of play at all times.
5. Any lost passes will not be reissued.
