Great win tonight for the Ladycats against district host the Brewer Lady Bears. The Ladycats won the opening tip and never looked back defeating the Bears 64-21!

In the first quarter, Junior captain Sarah Haeussler and Freshman Janessa Payne dominated the paint scoring 14 of the 19 in the quarter between them. The Lady Bears changed their defensive set and it was the Ladycat guards controlling the second quarter with Taylor Morgan, Riley Sale and Erin Weiss taking the quarter with a blistering 23 points together. At halftime the Ladycats led 42-9! In the third quarter, the Ladycats worked on several stall offenses, working the clock but still outscored the Bears 11-7. Finishing out the fourth quarter, all Ladycats played tonight contributing to a great team win!

Leading all scorers tonight was Taylor Morgan with 19 points; Janessa Payne with 12; Riley Sale 11; Sarah Haeussler 10; Erin Weiss 4; Elizabeth Allanach 2; Chloe Mefford 2; Abby Losos 2; Anastasia Morrison 1; and Hannah Adrion 1.
