The RacquetCats traveled to Cleburne this past Thursday, March 10 to play in the Cleburne High School tournament that hosted six teams. This was a very successful day for the Aledo team placing in the top two in seven events.
Boys A doubles team Jax Joiner/Hogan Posey came in 1st place followed by boys B doubles Ben Farmer/Craig Mason with a 1st place win.
Girls A doubles duo Katie Siddons/Georgia Posey won 1st along with girls B doubles Paige Federman/Zoe Whitcomb taking 1st place as well.
Mixed A doubles pair Ian Leslie/Bryanna Orr came in 2nd place while mixed B doubles team Jacob Heckathorn/Kenley Germany placed 4th.
Boys A singles Scott Mason came in 4th and boys B singles placed 2nd. Girls A singles Payton Bierle medaled with 2nd place.
After Spring Break the RacquetCats will travel to Abilene for a two-day tournament March 25-26. The District tournament will be held in Wichita Falls the following week March 29-30.
