Varsity tennis dominated the Chisholm Trail tournament, held on Friday March 3rd, earning medals in every division and four 1st place finishes.

In Division A, Elli Kate Bussmeier placed first in Girls Singles; Scott Mason and Bryanna Orr placed first in Mixed Doubles. Third place finishes included Kenley Germany in Girls Singles and Benjamin Farmer in Boys Singles. Hogan Posey and Craig Mason finished 3rd in Boys Doubles.

In Division B, Will Beyer earned first place in Boys Singles, with Jacob Heckathorn and Francois Britz finishing first in Boys Doubles. Natalie Nawrocki and Patrice Loftin earned third place in Girls Doubles, and Gracie Heydman was the consolation winner in Girls Singles.

The team will compete in Midlothian on Tuesday March 7th, (re-scheduled from March 9th due to impending weather). After spring break the team travels to Abilene for the Sharon Wartes Invitational Tournament on March 24-25th. These are the last two tournaments prior to the district competition on March 28-29th at TCU.
