It was another good week for the Aledo Cross Country teams, as both teams ran in very competitive meets at tough courses. The JV teams competed in the Birdville Invitational, and both the boys and girls teams competed in the Varsity division. All competed very well, with standouts Sadie Williams (girls) and Anderson Smith (boys) running competitive times.
The Varsity teams traveled to Round Rock to compete in the Hoka/McNeil Invitational. Both teams qualified for the Gold Division (top division). This was a big meet, as it is run on the same course as the State CC Meet. All runners ran extremely well! Full results:
